1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 20Tau Systems OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

20Tau Systems OÜ is an Estonian company with registration number 14237929, located at Kõrvitsa tn 1-5, 51007, Tartu linn, Tartu maakond, Estonia.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional Angular IT solutions including:

  • Angular application development
  • TypeScript development services
  • API development and integration
  • Performance optimization
  • UI/UX implementation
  • IT consulting and support

4. Service Area

Our services are available to clients in all CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Provide necessary access and resources for project completion

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
  • All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise specified
  • Late payment may result in project suspension
  • Additional work beyond the original scope may incur extra charges

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code
  • We retain rights to general methodologies and know-how
  • Third-party licenses and frameworks remain subject to their original terms
  • We may use project experience for marketing purposes (with client consent)

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will:

  • Keep all client information confidential
  • Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties
  • Use client information only for providing agreed services
  • Return or destroy confidential information upon project completion

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We provide services with professional care and skill
  • We warrant that our work will conform to industry standards
  • We do not warrant that software will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Client is responsible for testing and accepting deliverables

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss not caused by our negligence
  • Third-party actions or services

11. Project Delivery and Acceptance

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change
  • Client has 14 days to review and accept deliverables
  • Acceptance may not be unreasonably withheld
  • Minor issues will be resolved as part of warranty support

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for all work completed
  • We deliver all work products completed to date
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be resolved through Estonian courts or through arbitration as agreed by both parties.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect 30 days after posting.
